Spend the day at this family friendly event meeting with and learning from your local yoga and alternative wellness community. Participate in one or more of the free hourly workshops and classes. Experience healthy and mindful living, shop with our local wellness crafters, enjoy a massage or holistic treatment, and taste amazing food including vegan fare from Terra Veg & baked goods from Bonnie Nork. There is a booth for the kids too!
