Our Mindful Movement sessions are a meditative, inspiring trauma-sensitive practice. Weaving a deep healing connection, integrating body, mind, and spirit through breath and movement. It is all about Grace. Allowing the flow of Grace to move from the intelligence of the heart, filling our mind, body, and spirit. Teaching us to accept and love ourselves allows the ultimate blessing…Grace.
Enjoy a variety of practices, grounding meditation, chair, gentle stretching, meditative flow, and healing restoration, integrating and immersing deeply to access your freedom. This work allows us to learn how to love and accept ourselves fully and completely. Discover harmony and joy as we cultivate healing throughout each practice, reducing imbalances, clearing away disappointments from the past and aligning energies. Access abundance and gratitude. Anyone can participate. All my classes are trauma-sensitive and modified for each individual to access their fullest expression of joy and peace. We have all been created in love, light, and grace. Each participant not only feels and experiences love, light, and grace through this space but will move forward knowing deep inside that they are more than enough.
