Our Integrative Approach

Our Integrative Mind–Body Trauma Recovery Healing Sessions support healing as a whole-person process involving the nervous system, physical body, mental and emotional well-being, relational health, behavior patterns, and mind–body balance. Trauma can influence how stress is held in the body, how regulated or grounded a person feels, and how individuals relate to themselves and others. Sessions are designed to support balance and regulation across these interconnected systems through trauma-responsive practices that promote stability, restoration, and coherence.
Within this approach, the Deconstructing Trauma™ Program Model provides structured, practical tools that support awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, and sustainable recovery. Integrative holistic coaching strengthens goal alignment, skill-building, accountability, and healthy behavior change that can be applied in daily life. Together, these practices honor evidence-informed wellness principles, trauma-responsive care, and Indigenous-informed wellness perspectives.

An initial series of 5–12 Integrative Mind–Body Trauma Recovery Healing Sessions is recommended to establish regulation, trust, and foundational balance. This phase supports nervous system stabilization, pattern retraining, and resilience through guided repetition, relational support, holistic coaching, and integrative mind–body practices that strengthen daily application and long-term change.
Maintenance sessions may be scheduled monthly or quarterly to sustain regulation, reinforce emotional integration, and maintain relational and mind–body balance. Over time, this process supports embodiment, post-traumatic growth, and self-leadership.
