The figures below are proposed annual organizational license prices for professional feedback, billed annually in advance, for the indicated number of registered sites—not per-site charges.

Included with annual licensing: Unlimited authorized staff and facilitators, unlimited clients served at registered locations, and reproduction of designated participant materials during the active license, subject to the agreement. 8+ sites: custom quote. All prices are total annual organizational fees for the selected tier—not multiplied by the number of sites.
Foundational: Mental Health + Substance Use Disorder foundational curricula. Comprehensive: Mental Health + Substance Use Disorder comprehensive curricula. Complete: all four curricula. Annual term: 12 months, paid in advance, automatically renewing unless canceled.

Sign your license
An authorized representative reviews and signs the organizational licensing agreement before completing the initial purchase.

Access your resources
After payment, sign in to your organization’s portal to download and print authorized materials.
Annual renewal, with control.
Licenses renew automatically every 12 months unless canceled. Cancel future renewals through your account; access continues through your paid licensing period.

Access is limited to the curricula covered by your license. Facilitator resources are for authorized staff; designated participant materials may be reproduced according to your agreement.
